Just a reminder, we are CLOSED tonight, but we'll be kicking butt tomorrow at 9AM so rest up and be ready!

Today
Back Squat x5, 3, 1+
Floor Press x5, 3, 1+

(1+ means do as many good reps as possible with that load)
