Workout of the Day

**One session tomorrow, July 4th, at 8am**

15 Squats
10 Push Ups
5 Pull ups

As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes


In honor of Cindy Garrison as she takes strength and kindness to an orphanage in Uganda on a 6 week mission trip.
