OK, here's what we did.................

Tabata This!

Air Squat
Push Ups
Sit Ups
Jumping Pull Ups
Lateral Hurdle Jumps

Tabata Protocol: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest for 8 rounds (~4 minutes) at squat, rest 1 minute repeat protocol with push ups, rest 1 minute, repeat............if possible count total reps for each exercise and total at the end. I totaled 535. I think 600 reps would be the gold standard.
